Terms and conditions
1. Cancellation by the Client
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged at the full session rate.
- If a client is a no-show (absent without notice), the session will be charged in full and not rescheduled.
- In cases of genuine emergency or illness, exceptions may be made at the tutor’s discretion.
2. Rescheduling
- Sessions cancelled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled within 7 days, subject to tutor availability.
- If a rescheduled session is not arranged within this period, the session will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation by GMH Education
- In the rare event that GMH Education must cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), clients will be offered:
- A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or
- An online alternative, or
- A full refund if neither option is suitable.
4. Late Arrivals
- Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will continue for the remaining time only.
- If the tutor is late, the lost time will be made up either during the session or at a later date.
5. Termination of Services
- Clients may terminate tutoring services with 7 days’ written notice.
- Prepaid packages will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any sessions already delivered and a possible admin fee.
